So I’m going on through the Maryland’s 60 required hours of pre licensing and it’s a lot of information. Is there any tips on how to better retain this information or what information would be more important than others to help me on the test?

@Frank Hinck

I actually just read about buying a duplex and renting out half, I think it’s a great idea, but I was curious if there’s anything I could start doing now. You’re saying my best option would be just start saving? And I will definitely fill out my profile. Thank you for reaching out.

@Brandon Vukelich

I appreciate you responding, I am very new to it just looking for deals and cold calling possible leads, with no luck but I’m using wholesaling as a way to get into real estate, I’m interested in it. I’ve been using most of my time learning reading etc. but it feels like I’m not doing anything like I should be doing more but have no idea what to even do. I’ve had people tell me to bird dog for other wholesalers which I think is a very good idea.
