Matthew,

I'm not targeting one part of town (yet), though our budget probably allows for either flipping or buy-and-hold smaller multifamily.  As I learn more and find my niche, that may change but I have a personal interest in rehabbing something in older parts of town (downtown LV, and I live in 89117).

My name is Seth and I'm a new member from Las Vegas, NV.  In my day job, I work in the legal field where I represent clients in a variety of matters including real estate transactions (purchases, leases, landlord/tenant issues, etc.).  Although I see these issues on a regular basis, my wife and I are just paying off our student loans so we will have the ability to invest on our own.  Looking forward to learning more!
