My wife and I are liquidating our holdings to finance a larger deal.  We have several turnkey properties with excellent 2% Rule numbers.  These are under professional managment currently but can be self managed or transferred.  This property was originally a traditional brick duplex.  A 2 bedroom single family residence in the rear of the property was just renovated adding the third unit.  Until last mont, the rear unit was rented at $650/mo.  for a total of $1600/mo. for the property.
