How would you find good comparable's? I plan on using the BRRRR method, but I honestly have no clue how to find comparables without waisting someone else's time.

@Steven Wilson for sure, literally been working 24/7 for 5 months now.

Currently working in Cape Canaveral, Florida and Technically homeless till I can buy my first investment.

What are your thoughts on the state of Florida?
