Go to credit karma.com and get yourself a credit card, also do some research on YouTube how to credit hack lots of great easy, fast ways to get a score up and a good score quickly.

I have seen any where from 80% to 90% depending on your credit score. But it's important to make it a line of credit not a loan.

If you buy it with your cash then get HELOC in first lien holder, your money is fluid and can move in and out when ever you decide. (without your credit having to be pulled)
