Just found this group! Having another one in Nashua next month?

I've started using Tenant Cloud as of January of this year to self-manage my house hack 4 unit and it's been great. Just moved in my first tenants through it. I advertised the vacant unit, processed applications, ran the (tenant paid) background & credit checks, and signed the lease all through Tenant Cloud. Now, I collect rent and communicate with my tenenats directly through the site. Plus, there is a mobile app with full functionality for iOS and Android that makes on-the-go management easy. I've been told by their support team that they'll be adding automatic payments for rent in the next couple of months. Currently, tenants must pay through the site every month deliberately, although the site sends reminders that rent is coming due. 

 @Charlie MacPherson I'm definitely open to other areas that are more target rich environments. Do you work properties down further south? Any town that come to mind? I had always looked to the north (Lowell and Nashua), but I'll have to look further south now too. Worcester also looks to have some appeal.

 Hey Steve! I'd love to get started by house hacking in a multi family but that seems easier said than done in the Boston market? Trying to stay open to whatever strategy can work out here!

Hey, what's up Biggerpockets family?! I've just moved to the Boston area as I continue to work my profession in the US Air Force. I'm new to the real estate investing world and am looking to purchase my first property. 

Just returned from Afghanistan in April, and I spent some of my time over there self-educating through BP and books. I'm excited to surround myself with like-minded investors in the area who are also working to pursue financial freedom/ increase income via investing in assets.
