Hello guys this is my second question in BP. As I'm exploring this website I see people recommending to locate your local REIA. Mines is located in NYC as you know I'm a total beginner on this field. Doe anyone know if my local REIA will help me to gain the experience? they do charge a fee for membership, but is it worth it?.

Thank you all for your reply. I already feel the support on this page.

Hello everybody my name is Sergio Sanchez. I am a complete beginner on real state, and I really mean a beginner. However I'm planning to embark my self in to the real estate world. I heard this page will help me a lot to learn in real estate. I really want to use real state because I know is another source of income and create a cash flow out of it. Plus I like to visit places, houses and check out neighborhoods . Where do I start in this page as a complete beginner? which articles should I read? how can I get may be some type or training. I live in the NYC any advice and help will be helpful I'm open to anything.
