Hi I’m a newbie to real estate and I wanted to know if you Can realistically start Real Estate wholesaling on your own just by learning from an online course? I’m a newbie to the concept of Real Estate and making money aside from a regular job but I don’t know where to start, whether to do Wholesaling, or learn Trading.I know it’s my decision in the end, but what do you recommend/suggest?

Also I wanted to know How often does the LA county hold tax sale auctions?
