Im looking to purchase my first rental property but i am not sure if should LLC or INC. first or neither. I want to know what i should do. Also should i buy my first home for my family first to take advantage of FHA loans and such incentives before obtaining a traditional loan? I need a little help to get started hopefully someone can give me good advice.
