What's a good online course for a real-estate license.. I'm barley starting out and just listening to the big pockets pod cast and I'm getting very inspired on getting my license for future references. please if anyone with good advice can help me I'll truly appreciate it .
How's it going everyone . I am a first time buyer wanting to ask a common question . I live out here in Bakersfield ca . And I'm really eager on finding an investor that might help me out with a great deal I'm not asking for a miracle here I'm just asking for great advice and hopefully a great bond with my future investor .

Much appreciated your guy's opinion meant a lot to me .
Yes I've have , I just want to invest in a decent house around those prices I have mention and just double pay it . My main focus is just wondering which might make more profit on the short and long term you know as In monthly income and Also over all winnings . I'm also very open minded on re modeling a house for a flip .

Hey guys I'm just beginning on buying a house out here in Bakersfield ca . I have about 10,000 dollars for a down payment on a house , I just don't know wether if I should go big on a 350,000 dollar house or if I should start small on a decent 200,000 dollar house . I'm ready to settle for a long term on both of them but I'm also ready to flip and rent the houses with out looking back. I'm also willing to take the risk and the time for either one . I was just was wondering on what would suit me best .
