I’m looking to flip and rehab properties in Charlotte.

Does anyone know if Charlotte, NC is a good place for flipping and rehabbing? I’m looking to move there and hoping to start my real estate business focused on flipping and rehabbing.

I’m in my mid 20’s and I’m wondering how much cash you think would be ideal for someone to have as a good base for retiring off passive cash flow from real estate investing?

I guess another way to put it, how much cash do you think someone would need to do enough real estate investments to live off the cash flow?

I’m in my 20’s and was wondering what someone my age should have saved up by 30 in order to be able to retire early by age 40.

I contribute to 401k and Roth IRA but I'm more interested in hearing peoples opinions on how much cash someone should have by age 30.

@Karl B. Over 62,000 people have died in the US from coronavirus in the past 4 months. The fact that this is still compared by some to the Flu is beyond me.

@Charles Carillo What's a popular syndication that you recommend? Something like Fundrise?
