@Mariah Harrison Welcome to BP, we have similar goals and we are at the similar stage of real estate investing. I would like to stay in touch with you so we could learn from each other. If i may ask are you asking for a loan to fix the property or down payment? I would think you could get VA loan with little money down to get you started.
