We most just about daily. However, I dont post video content. 

As a property manager and also someone who works with renters looking for housing, I have never really found a property through radio. Social Media is great but again just not where most people look for rentals, I don't think you'll see a return on investment for 5k monthly. 

If you're already uploading to Zillow, Apartments.com, and Craigslist, I think that's where you will see the most traffic and those are also the least expensive options. Facebook marketplace as well. 

I have recently opened a property management company and I am 3 months in without a single client.  We are active on social media and we reach out to independent landlords, leave business cards on vacant properties, and reach out to local real estate agents. Im not sure what else to do.

Does anyone have any pointers or experience on how to get your first few clients?
