Derek and Steve, 

Appreciate the advice and I completely agree. Derek we meet at the Double Tree Hilton Hotel in Downtown. Typically it's mid-month between the 13th and 17th of each one. Oct's date is yet to be schedule yet I'll let you know when it hits.

Excited to be a part of a growing community to connect with other local investors who may be seeking the same. I've started and host a monthly meetup group in Bend for Real Estate Investments and Strategies where we're looking to build out a network of investors from all sides of the business to work together on a local stage. 

I am married with two boys, love the outdoors, coaching and teaching others is a passion, and orchestrating deals just makes you feel good.
