 Nothing earth shattering.  It had been fine but I have gotten much better returns investing in syndications

We will be hearing from Tiffany Zimmerman. Tiffany is the owner of On Target Realty Group in Twin Falls and has been a dedicated full-time realtor for seven years. In March of 2024, she took on the role of Twin Falls City Planning and Zoning Commissioner to better serve her community and support her real estate clients - especially her developer and commercial clients. Tiffany is also the owner of Busy Bee Business Development, a marketing and virtual assistant company and works as a firearms instructor from April to October. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her husband, CrossFit, caring for her farm and animals, and enjoying Idaho’s great outdoors including: hunting, fishing, horseback riding, water skiing, and kayaking.

Tiffany is excited for the opportunity to speak at our February meeting about Planning and Zoning and her insights to the world of local government, Twin Falls city future development plans, and more.
