My name is Juan and my wife and I have been wanting to get started in real estate for the last 5 years but due to moving have never taken action. I am close to retiring and I think it's time to get rolling with this. We have been working to educate ourselves and have even gone to a Rich Dad seminar (didn't buy anything). I know this is something my wife and I can do we just need a good place for guidance...I hope this is the place!

What's up brother. Wondering if you gained any traction since you posted this.

@Paul Timmins Thanks much, am currently reading the books you mentioned. Preparation is one of my strong points. I have always been interested in real estate, just never pulled the trigger until now. That's great about your buddy closing while deployed!

@Tyler Flagg Thanks brother. I am currently reading a few books and developing my strategies of approach ect.. I will search out your blog post and most certainly appreciate any work you have or will put into the idea. Currently listening to all of the BP podcasts ect.. Thanks for responding.
