Hey everyone,

I am just getting started on my real estate investing journey. I want to start out wholesaling. However, all of the information I gathered up until this point have been from individuals who are not in Chicago. The Chicago market seems pretty intimidating.

I have gone out and built a list of vacant homes without any luck finding the information on the homeowners. I was sitting home with a yellow note pad, envelopes and stamps stuck in a rut until I came across this site. Can someone give me advice on this issue? I also found a rei club here in Chicago and I'm checking it out this Thursday, so I'm super excited.
