Anybody buying land in Fresno? I have a little over an Acre lot for wholesale, originally had a mobile home on it which is no longer there so just a vacant land.

Hi everyone I have 4 properties coming in Corpus Christi at 60-70% of ARV, please contact me if interested, looking to get all 4 sold by same buyer.

@Sean OToole Thank you for response! I definitely will

@Sean OToole Hey Sean one more question, how often is PropertyRadar updated to the most updated records?

@Sean OToole I appreciate the info, thank you!

@Sean OToole

How does Property Radar compare with Data Tree, Rebogateway, ListSource, Agent pro 247?

Curious to know what Property Radar strengths may be in specific list categories such divorce, NOD, tax default, vacant property, Absentee Owners, Cash Buyers, etc.. How is the quality of the data to these other sources? Would be great if you could provide strengths and weaknesses..

I definitely like the interface much better and the pre made lists for property radar and know you guys don't provide for every list mentioned but would you recommend any specific companies for lists you guys don't currently provide?

Id be interested in hearing about the properties for a potential JV opportunity..

@Chad Young I have used Property Radar to build my lists out and recommend it!

I would go with @Jerryll Noorden mentioned.. Think long term not short term.. SEO can be great but will be costly and long term if you don't do it yourself. However benefits can be great for growth!
