I have used an insurance company for my first few flips, is the standard 12 month receipt?Does anyone have a company that will allow me to pay quarterly. I'm tired of paying full whole year price.

Has anyone ever used a contractor as a partner to rehab properties? How would I go about finding a contractor who may commit to a great deal? Should we form an LLC?
