What's up bigger pockets I'm a 25 year old investor living in Canada I currently own one rental, and invested in pre built condo and work a hourly job I am hungry for knowledge and looking for ways to leverage my investments would love to hear tips from the more experienced community.

The bill has passed for the private sector for marijuana dispensaries and growing operations I see this as a good opportunity to acquire a commercial property to rent to clients in the space would like to know thoughts and opinions regarding investing in the canadian market
