Thank you guys for the welcome!!!

@Jose R. and @Lucas Machado I have no listed those properties on the MLS yet. I am testing the water as a for sale by owner. If you guys have possible buyers I am offering 4% comm for the buyers agent if the properties sell as a package or 3.5% if they sell individually.

First of all I am not aware of the process in MA, I have done several eviction in south florida. I would look for option of retirement homes for someone with a handicap. The reason for this is if your case goes to court you have proof that you are not just throwing them to the street but actually have tried to find them a place to live. If they know that you won't evict them and they won't pay anything, then why would they look to a retirement home with the little income they have.  Good luck!!

I would highly recommend TLC title on university south of 595

4801 S University Dr Suite 131, Davie, FL 33328

I have used them on my last 2 closes and I am very happy with their work.

Hello everyone,

I am currently buying bank owned properties. I fix them up and rent them out. For now I am dealing with small 1-2 bedroom places. My goal is to keep flipping to move into single family homes in different parts of south florida. I currently have 4 properties for sale with an estimated ROI 7.84%.
