That's a different point of view and I like it! The bigger the tattoo, the better is the realtor in his work...makes sense to me :) It remembers me of the old Venus von Willendorf sculpture, were a thicker woman represented wellness and richness :D

I really enjoy the cold days with snow...today it is a little bit cold but not cold enough for the snow and we have a rainy cold day...my wife, she likes this kind of autumn days with rain but I don't. I'd prefer some degree less and snow...can't wait (it's like when you're a child and wake up and see the white landscape...I feel that way every year :D ) The garden parties are a little bit complicated this year...but hopefully next year things get normal again and we can have more people around and enjoy the reunions again.

Yeah, technology and science is evolving from day to day and the TV's from "yesterday" can't compare with the new ones, the differences are really big. We'll gonna see if we buy a new one this year...the probability is quite high :)

Dude I have a 3/4 sleeve and wear it proudly. Get that full sleeve and some knuckle tattoos along with it! 😉

Oh yeah! That's the way things are done! Ive got also 3 tattoos and now I am thinking of a fourth. Never thought about the business "consequences" and actually one should do the thing one want to do/have. We are not living in the conservative 19th century.

So my vote: Make the tattoo and later another one! :D

You have very specific questions...I really can't remember a Simpson episode with this guys house and the waterfall. I can't even remember the last time I saw a Simpson episode...unfortunately I have no time for this and when I take my time for a movie evening or night, then I prefer new series or movies which I haven't seen till now. By the way, who can remember all the Simpson stuff...wiki tells me that there are already about 700 episodes...crazy! :)

About your last phrases: Winter is coming! hahah Actually I am a big fan of summer and winter, both periods have their beauty. love the cold days with snow. Those evenings with the white snow outside, next to the fireplace and relax....and then a movie! :D Just this days we talked about buying a new TV for the living room...this one is not the oldest but neither the newest and a bigger one would be nice. I had the discussion with my wife, just after replying to you the first time...if we buy a new TV this year than it's your "fault" ;)

And nice to hear that you are also a lord of the rings fan! One of my favourite movie(s)

You've got ambitious plans with your "water" house haha who's got a small waterfall at their entrance?...it would definitely be a unique house! I imagine that you grew up near a lake or the coast? ;) I am more the "mountain person"...love the lakes and beaches as well but if I would have to choose between the coast and the mountains, I would prefer the mountains. I enjoy to be in the woods and feel this fresh air and the sounds of the woods and the mountains. But a nice big tv should not miss in the house, thats for sure :)

@Jonathan Feliciano you are way over thinking things from what I can tell. I don't run into this exact issue on my larger buildings as we have to contract with private garbage services in the Chicago area. I get trash picked up either weekly or bi weekly and we don't have any recycling sadly.

Mom and pop owners put together systems that rely on their tenants like the one you inherited. Put the onus back on the tenants to behave responsibly and they probably will. I also would strongly consider getting trash pickup weekly for an apartment building as trash every two weeks sounds like a terrible idea.

John, didn't you think about implementing a recycling system one day in your buildings? This should not be a big problem and, with the responsibility of everyone, it should also work. If there is no possibility to recycle, than people won't do it. If you offer the "infrastructure" than you make the first step and people begin to recycle.

A huge house is good if you or your wife/husband is upset and you need more distance haha isn't there a story about a king and a queen, when they where upset, the king was in one tower of the castle and the queen in the other? :D
I got your point about the uniqueness of the chosen articles and designs. It should not be a standard "copy paste" style from other houses, with no individual details.
I would love to have a sports area: a very big swimming pool where I can swim some rounds and maybe also a tennis court. And a special designed entertainment area in the house would be great. I remember now that the second house mentioned above had this huge c-seed TV on the wall. It was impressive and more than 200" big. With a fine sound system installed. I would watch the whole Lord of the rings trilogy the same day :D

I’m getting the new Tesla truck in 2022. Until then my faithful 07 F150 bought it from the city of Austin

I didn't even know, that tesla is going to manufacture a truck...saw it now on their homepage...looks like those military cyber vehicles...very futuristic indeed. With the trimotor you can go to the drag races and challenge a Porsche easily :D Which motor type did you order?

I was on very different properties of people with "veery big pockets" :D. Some of them don't even have a really big house with all this fancy stuff, but live in a smaller house on the countryside with a lot of land around. One family had this adorable adobe style house which was very nice and the had several horses where the horse stables were just behind their proper house. The property was so special because a long time ago the family bought a castle and it's on the same property where they live. Actually, they build their house after they bought the property with the castle.
The other estate I remember was a very big and modern villa. The design impressed me a lot, because it combined the modern, high-tech "world" with some more traditional architecture. They had also stuff like you mentioned above...sauna, swimming pool, a really nice entertainment area with this huge TV, chilling area etc. If I would have the money, I personally would prefer now the second type of house, but maybe, with the years the first one (nature, countryside...) will be more interesting. Now, this is just in the phase of daydreaming :D
