Hi David,

the owner wants to stay in the home till he dies (which will be very soon). So i should not give any money to him? He is very old and sick. I am not sure what kind of deal to put in place for this situation.

I have an owner that wants to remain in the home while I buy it. The thing is, he has one foot in the grave (as he puts it). He has outlived all his family therefore has no one to leave his home to when hes gone. What kind of deal can be structured here?

I'm looking for a contractor to purchase a property that I have under contract, how often do contractors usually buy properties from investors? Hope that makes more sense.
