An interesting article--by Melissa Kwan of Spacio--which describes how beacons, a micro-location technology that pushes information to smartphones  through Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE), could be used to change the way potential homebuyers and agents exchange information at open houses to drastically improve the customer experience. Check it out.

If anyone is using or has used beacons in real estate marketing, can you please describe how and what results you've seen? I'm very interested to find out more--thanks.

So happy to be a part of this community. Thanks for everything you've done Josh and the entire BP team.

Welcome to BP @Pratik P.

I too am super new to the community have been already found it to be an immensely helpful resource for connecting with local like-minded people in my area (Santa Barbara) and nearby cities. Best of luck to you!

Great job on finding those deals. It sounds like you have a knack for seeking out highly profitable investment opportunities in your area.

Can you share your method for determining which properties you want to invest in? Do you have a defined selection criteria or do you work largely off your intuition gained from your experience in the construction business?
