so here is my switch i have been up and down in escrow for a month and a half and it has been a wreck using the va loan just allot i do not want to get in to. Alas its starting to look like the house I was planning on getting is going to fall thru.

So with that being said my question to all you the va loan also will fund me for a multi unit should i go for a multi unit as my 1st house and fix a little but and rent out or just get a house and try to fun a multi unit on the side when the time and money provide me with this opratuninty. The pros of e multi unit is the rent of couse and this will not be my only house just a start. On the other hand a house gives me more room and will make me feel less cramped and if i get a fou bed room i can rent a room of course I'm single no kids. Any ideas ?

sure that's fine also but it's really not as hard as you think to set up knowing a little coding makes it easier and lets be honest we would only imply such marketing if the pay out is worth it.

More so like for video now with the ability to show video with a 360 degree view point. Put on a head set or use a web video to showcase a walk thru. Could this help handicap investors who might not be able to see every house they wish to buy?
