Does anyone have a good source for garage/storage condo underwriting? Trying to find a model that will allow for a phased development and phased sale of individual units and includes HOA fees.

Yes anywhere there is growth from west side to northside along 99 corridor where I can get a lot that will support duplex/fourplex or townhomes.
