Hi BP Community,

I'm looking for lenders that can do low money down (5-10%) on 1-4 unit rental property purchases in the DFW area of TX. Would love to discuss any options available so please send any recommendations.

I recently purchased a rental home in TX using cash from a family member. The home is now rented and I'm looking to get a mortgage on the property in order to pay the family member back. What are my options and does anyone have recommendations on who to use in the Dallas/Fort Worth area?

@James W. I actually grew up in Burleson and am very familiar with the area but not so much land sales. I'll see if I can find someone to recommend that can help you out.

Hi All,

I'm looking to start investing in SFR flips and/or 2-4 MFU rentals. I understand the ins and outs of real estate but am new to investing. Are there any meetups in the Dallas area that anyone would recommend attending? I'm looking to meet fellow investors, hard money lenders, etc., and get started.
