My cousin's neighbor is going through the exact same scenario in Kensington CA, a community next to the UC Berkeley campus. The tenant squatter is David Peritz, a professor of political science, a very smug guy who is abusing the system and living free in an elderly professor's home. Do not rent to this guy. He has been evicted several times and continues to play the system.
