Michael Borger I am looking to move back to San Diego in the near future and plan on holding on to my Hawaii home.
How has it been doing business in Hawaii while living in San Diego? The distance will make things a little more complicated.
Thank you for reaching out.

Hugo,
Could you provide further details on your Sacramento duplex that is cash flowing $1,500/month. (Purchase price, percent down, financing details, etc)
Very much interested in this topic! Thank you for the post.

@Dave Visaya thanks for reaching out. I want to continue expand my investments in Hawaii market. Do you have any REO suggestions that meet up every once in a while?

Jake Thompson thank you for replying. I am in the Navy. I am currently invested on Oahu, but plan on coming back to San Diego in the near future. Since I have been in both markets, I would like to continue in Hawaii and expand to San Diego when I move back. It is unknown when I will move, but I have already began looking.
Again, appreciate you reaching out, and I hope to continue talking.

My name is Sean and I currently live on the island of Oahu. Originally, I am from San Diego, CA, but moved due to my job in the military.
Soon after beginning my career in the military, I co-purchased a townhouse with my brother in order to break into the expensive San Diego market. We completely remodeled the place from top to bottom and sold for a good profit. I then moved to Hawaii and used my share of the profit to purchase a single family home in Kaneohe, HI. These transactions opened my eyes to a new form of investing and a future career opportunity.
My short term goal is to acquire another property in the next year and turn it into a cash flow property. Long-term, I want to develop a real estate team with a cash flow portfolio, providing me financial freedom to do it full time and support my family.
At Bigger Pockets I look to find great education material, positive mentorship, and develop a great network to help me achieve these goals. Thank you for taking the time to read through all of this, and I look forward to future discussions with everyone.
