With my anxiety always getting the best of me, and continuously reading about getting started, wondering if mobile homes are a completely different animal, and if anyone has had success with them. I may be just looking here first because as I get closer to moving forward on anything, this seems more reachable. Thoughts?

Very interested yet very new. Was wondering where to start. Do I need licenses?, a minimum credit score?, how much should I save before I get started? Any help is much appreciated

Just getting started in what promises to be a lucrative career, I have no background, bad credit, and will be working on my license asap. Any advice from other newbs or vets out there on where to start?, besides my credit of course already working on that. Thanks in advance, as always much love.- Sean R. Kasperek.
