Hello,

I am considering using a conventional loan to purchase a property that I would rehab and then sell. Since the conventional loan wouldn't work for the rehab costs, what kind of loan would work best to cover the rehab costs? I am aware of the FHA 203k loan and Fannie Mae's HomeStyle Renovation mortgage loan. Both of these kind of loans would require a general contractor. I would prefer to act as my own general contractor.

Hey everyone! I am new to real estate and am looking into flipping single family homes in West Chester, Pennsylvania. I would love to connect with any others that are based in the area. I would also love any advice on finding an investor friendly contractor and on finding a local REIC. Please reach out to me if you would like to chat.
