Sounds great. Thanks! @Bryan Charles
BP Family,
Glad to be here! I'm a Houston, Texas native that is looking to start working within the RE industry. My current strategy is more long-term focused with SFH Buy&Holds. Although I am also looking to start driving for dollars to wholesale for additional capital. I currently analyze deals daily for my current niche (check my profile) and can help with any hands-on work needed. I am looking for someone who needs extra support in analyzing, bird dogging, or anything else you need help with.
Qualities about me: Highly Analytical, Task-oriented and Focused. I have a strong urge to "get the job done well and efficiently" once I've started something. Tenacious and high energy, but also a strong listener first and foremost. Ability to learn, adapt, and apply quickly.
My Experience: Inside and Outside Sales experience. Customer Service oriented. Logistics (Ship/Receive, Inventory Mgmt), Good Driver w/ clean history. Basic Carpentry skills.
Attitude & Mindset: Go Giver. Positive. Hungry to learn and highly coach-able. I am currently seeking mentorship in this arena. I live in The Heights and want to know who you know that is looking for a protege. I've had a mentor in previous areas of my life and, with the right fit, they will get plenty of action, communication, appreciation, and likely add $$$ to their Net Worth with my additional support. Who do you know?!

Hey BP family,
I've been looking into the Houston real estate market to start my Buy&Hold investing portfolio. I'm wondering if there is a place I can go to get renter's information by area? Is there a way to know how may houses in a given area are renting and if so, are you able to get demographics of any sort? Does this information exist for public access?
I see that I could go on HAR, Zillow, Redfin, etc and see what is currently listed for rent or already has rented, but I wanted to go deeper to see % of rentals vs sold(by neighborhood, zip, etc) and even demographic information as well. Appreciate any guidance here.

@Juan Abreu sent you an invite to connect. You mentioned you're wanting to House Hack your first buy and hold prop. I've just finished the BP House Hack book by Craig Curelop. If you haven't read it and are interested I'd be happy to share the book with you.

@Juan Abreu
Congratulations on your first purchase! I currently live in The Heights and have been looking at properties in and around that area including Independence Heights just north of us.
Let’s connect and talk more about trends you’re seeing in Houston, what other areas are of interest to you, goals, etc.

I grew up in that area, and although it's been over a decade since I've lived there, I'd be interested to hear more about this area seeing how much it's grown during that time. I'm also looking at MFH Buy and Holds. Are there specifics questions you're looking to get answered?
