I go back and forth between small SFRs (1200-1500 square feet or so) and small MF (2-4 doors). Since I'm out of state, I would also need someone to manage the property.

I'm out of state and am considering trying to pick up property in eastern Washington/western Idaho. So... as the title says, I'm wondering if anyone can make recommendations for investment property knowledgeable agents around the Spokane WA and Post Falls ID areas.
