Hi there,

My partner and I are looking for a real estate agent in the Camden, NJ market who has experience working with investors. If you've worked with a good broker, please feel free to DM me their details! Specifically, we're looking for someone to help identify:

    Multifamily: Duplex, triplex, and fourplex

    Single-Family: Distressed

    Renovation: New flooring, kitchen, and bathroom remodel, paint, etc. Anything short of a structural renovation.

    Areas: In or near Downtown Camden

@Alex Kamunyo piggybacking on the previous contractor question, if you used a contractor how did you find one you could trust to do the rehab?
