@Matt K. I have looked out of state and while the market pricing is more reasonable, I prefer to have something I can drive too.

Has anyone had luck finding listings on loopnet? Are there similar sites with multi family listings?

How does anyone get access to foreclosure listings to buy and rent? I had a realtor but he’s very flaky and doesn’t respond so I want to move on from him. I Assume foreclosures are the best way to go in finding a deal for less than market value?
