Hey @Jaycee Greene I am targeting SFH 3/Bed 1/Bath under 1500sf properties under $110k. The two properties that I currently have are in 63137 zip code and I like to stay around that area up north.

Sorry for the confusion, I am buying and holding SFH homes and putting a section 8 tenant in there. It has worked for me so far and I have found great tenants with leases until 2028.
