I have always loved the idea of investing by myself because there's no one to answer to. (The Rule of 1). However, I am considering taking on a business partner(s) because of access to more money and expertise.  What are your thoughts on this? Good experiences and bad? Have partnerships left a bad taste in your mouth or opened up doors to success for you?

What does "understand math" mean? like addition and subtraction? oh boy

Just so you know....a series LLC costs about 10,000 to create and it is a product that is not tested or even recognized/understood in most states. Make sure you consult with a legit and knowledgeable attorney...
