@Ryan Meggison just finished, "Crushing it in Apartments and Commercial Real Estate". Thanks for the referral, thought it was great. Did a good job teaching the basics on a macro overview but then also diving in deep into specifics. He packs a lot of value and knowledge and unbiasedly recommended additional learning resources.
