I appreciate the insight Greg. Thats what my partner and I were discussing, the efficiency doesn't seem to make sense. Unless they own existing properties in those counties? This kind of "Potpourri" wouldn't be appealing to most buyers looking for portfolio deals correct? There probably wouldn't be many back up buyers for this kind of deal.

Why would a potential buyer show interest in a portfolio deal featuring over 30 single-family homes scattered across 20 different counties? Is it common for portfolio deals to be spread out like that or are they mostly centralized within a few different counties?
