This month we have Anthony Clarizio. Anthony is local to Mount Vernon, NY and started as a single family rental property investor. Anthony made the transition into multi-family a few years back and is currently invested in a total of 794 units across various markets. Anthony has been very successful with utilizing retirement accounts to invest in real estate and is considered an expert in the field.

Anthony is also well versed in cryptocurrency, he is a Certified Project Manager, a member of the MIH Mastermind, and an affiliate for eQRP.

In 1996, Marco graduated from Fairfield University and turned down a job with GE Capital to go into the restaurant business with his brother Gino. At the age of 23, he bought his first multifamily property, a 4-family, in New York.

In 2013, he began investing with his brother & Jake in Knoxville Tennessee, where they purchased their first twenty-five unit deal. Since then, he has partnered with Jake & Gino and on his own on over 2,800 units, and has witnessed and participated in the growth of the company.

Marco exited the rat race on August 1st 2019, and joined the Jake & Gino team full time to help coach students and raise capital for Sharpline Equity. He has also started a successful Mastermind and Mentors over 150 students.

Marco excels in networking, building teams and putting people in place to succeed. He is a husband and the father of 3 beautiful girls. His family and multifamily are his two main focuses in life.

Good Afternoon,

Im in need of a few recommendations for a reliable GC in the capital region.  We have some rentals in the Troy/Cohoes area and are looking for someone who can handle full unit turnovers (paint, flooring, kitchens, bathrooms....)and GC small to medium sized rehabs.  Any recommendations are very much appreciated. If your active in these markets, lets connect.
