thanks for the link. I have read that page, is that not only the tax sales though not the actual foreclosed properties you can buy outright. In Houston county where I am at we have tax sales around every quarter but there are house sales every month first Tuesday where you just bid at auction through a town crier...

he runs a company which houses people who cannot look after themselves run partly through  the state. Basically getting them back into the community. we rent out 4 homes which houses 12-16 clients they are overseen 24/7 by his employees.

we are eventually going  to purchase the homes and then rent back to company but at this time we rent from landlords.

thanks for the thoughts I agree on purchasing in this ware but unfortunately they have to be in the Crawford county zip code..

currently in the middle ga area Houston county living and working.

In the last few years I have been able to purchase a handful of properties on the Houston doorsteps for good prices. we have a few rentals and a couple flipped.

I use the locale papers and listening on attorney websites such as mccalla raymer and such.

the last year or so I have seen Auction.com take over there and personally I prefer not to work this way.

My son runs a successful business in Crawford county KS, not in real estate but does rent houses for clients he needs in the business he has. These are not his but thru landlords and such.

We are looking to start a business in this area and rent back to his business therefore buying some 3-4 bedroom rental property around 4-6 of them and rent to his business.

I have searched a bit in papers and such in the Crawford area but to no avail, i am looking for info on how to buy county auctions in Crawford county.

Is there anyone in the KS area know of sites or attorneys and or ways to purchase county doorstep purchases in the Crawford county area, (looking for houses in the Pittsburg city region.

In Ga I have lists of attorney's and use the locale paper for listings that take place on the first Tuesday of each month.

Would love any thoughts or info in this.

thanks so much guys

Joel,

Ty for the quick response.
I sold house to them July last year they had not so good credit as why I gave them a second chance (they had a long story lesson learned).
They have no money as far as I know, they have barely any furniture in the house I have a feeling they are waiting to get taxes then move on but are just not telling me they are saying they can’t pay and won’t leave. As far as the money side I don’t want to short sale or actually sell at all would like to just recover house then find a good renter. Money I am in need of is lost income from them for some personnel stuff I need to take care of, not any major financial losses or anything. Sorry if I put this across incorrectly. Again ty for info help.

If anyone can help I would appreciate your input.
I personally sold a home to a young couple with kids who I thought just had a bad run of luck; little did I know I would be victim to them refusing to pay the mortgage I gave them. I used a lawyer for all the paperwork. This has put me in a small financial strain now as they have not paid the mortgage in DEC or JAN.
I have asked them politely what position they are in now and basically they tell me the husband lost his job and they will not be paying their mortgage, they are going to try and stay in the house as long as they can.

So far I have given them two late notice payments with late fees I know want to get them out of the house and repossess it so I can just rent it out myself.what legally do i have to do to get them out as quick as possible. The house is owned outright by my wife and me.

This is in Georgia Houston County.
