Hello BP community,

I am looking to start a discussion revolving around investing and the digital tools that are out there for real estate.

I just read an article posted on TechCrunch that I thought others may find interesting!

It features a new app that just snagged $25M in investment capital. This may have the potential to be a game changer (if it actually works) saving both time and resources for anyone working on both sides of home rehabs/flips/renovations.  It can apparently make a 3D model rendering of a property by simply taking a few exterior photos from your smartphone.

What are your thoughts? Has anyone used Hover before? Check out the demo here: Hover- 3D Model Software

I am new to investing, currently building my strategic systems as I march forward in the world of real estate. Are there any digital tools you guys are utilizing in your arsenal to run your real estate systems more efficiently?

-Stefano

*DISCLAIMER* I do not work nor am I affiliated with Hover in any way.

Marketwatch just posted an article discussing the benefits of utilizing Goldman Sachs' personal loan 'Marcus' for home improvement. Would love to start a discussion to get the thoughts of others who may have some more insight into the matter.

  • What may be potential drawbacks?
  • Pros and cons of Marcus vs HELOC? '
  • Has anyone used a 'Marcus' loan?

Hello BP Community,

Anyone have any experience with PM companies in Bergen County, NJ? Not looking to hire just yet, just considering my options and researching the market.
