Thanks Douglas...we plan to "slow grow" into more rental properties while doing some rehab and sell...And I do plan to find a good CPA to help give some direction.

My son Adam and I have started Four Seasons Properties here in North MS. I have some experience in rental property and have owned one commercial property but now wanting to "slow grow" into full time investing focusing on buy and hold rental homes along with some rehabbing. So glad we found the site and hope to be able to contribute as well!
