We flewe to Denver to goto note school but want some additional training one on one

I am looking for NPN, and performing i guess. I still don't understand why a financial institution would sell a note that is paying.

New to note buying. Looking for someone that we can fly to and visit with and look at some notes go thru the exit strategies and buy some notes while we are there. Possibly in the future if i have questions or need help pay them for help per note.

Is there any note mentoring companies.

New to buying and selling notes. Is there a general rule of thumb on selling partials for performing and NPN and Sub-performing notes. Which partial strategy works best for the above note class. Looking at just selling a partial and then found the 50/50 and 25/25.
