Hi my name is Scott, I'm looking for some help on a land contract in Michigan. I'm a self employed contractor trying to get a loan as the ballon payment is due. Current holder won't extend. Looking for financing options or someone looking to make a few dollars on it. Thanks everyone.

Jon, I have not been back there, when I left there was paint. I purchased the paint for another job had $150 in the 2 5gallon buckets of behr ultra, $46 in ceiling paint, 2 shower valves at $55 each, drywall at $64, insulation $60, plumbing fittings at $23, tile was $100, $60 in door knobs, I payed my employees for cleaning all 4 units out, painting 1 apartment and half other, tearing out paneling and insulation, re install new insulation and hang and finish drywall, install 2 shutoff valves and install scald proof valve. I was given $530 for materials. Nothing for my labor or the money I came out of pocket for my employees wages. I can't feed my family or pay my bills working for free.

Global investments works under many different names. Mr. Moody has had properties he's managed taken from him by these same people. I know for sure a house on Moore. Correct me if I'm wrong Jim. These same people sold a house that was "tenanted" but was still being worked on. Not all that glitters is gold.

Hi my name is Scott, I've been involved in construction work for almost 15 years. I recently started my own property maintenance company. I'm very fair priced and I go above and beyond that of others to provide quality work unmatched. We have equipment to provide all aspects of maintenance and rehabs and knowledge of what is required for section 8 housing. Most cut corners, I treat each as my own home and how would I like it. I'm insured. Hope someone can point me in the right direction
