@Larry Fried  How is your overall experience with turnkey properties?

@Doug Lovett  I looked basically at population growth, unemployment rates, and price to rent ratio. Also, I believe there's 3 Fortune 500 companies (check my facts) and a strong military base.

After creating a report with the BP calculators, how do you share the deal with colleagues on BP?

@Steven Gesis  What makes you choose Tampa?  And not Jacksonville?

Thanks for the feedback Daniel.  I don't know the JAX area at all, but my macro analysis shows that it's a good area to focus on.  Now, I'm getting to know the area, because I've decided to focus on it. Did the local turnkey provider expand on their information?

I am new to the BP forums, and I reside in the Southern California area.  After much research and education, Im looking in the Jacksonville market for my first deal.

I started a carpet cleaning company, Aqua Cleanse, in 2008, and Im almost done with completely creating a system so it'll run itself. So, once the automated business system is completed, Ill have time and money to focus on an REI LLC that Ive been eager to create.

But, in the meantime, like I said, Im looking to "get my feet wet" in the the Jacksonville area.

I can't wait to start my REI career! Thanks for your support BP :)

I agree Pratik.   The numbers seem off.  Can you elaborate a little Breon?

What area in Jacksonville is it in?
