I meant to say there are no other mobile homes on this particular property, but there are other mobile homes adjacent to the property, and it isn't in the city limits, so zoning wouldn't be an issue.

I have three acres in the country in the Huntsville, Alabama area. It's on top of a mountain. The back part is wooded. I am trying to determine the most people would be willing to pay for lot rent. There are no other mobile homes, and the property is woods in the back. I can't find any comparable situations in the area.
