hi.  I am not a realtor/ not a real estate agent. I am a real estate investor in notes nationwide. I got my real estate license per my state's requirement to do notes.      

  I contact realtors for a given state's area I'm evaluating for a note.     Some request a payment , some are not responsive .  Others I contact say it will get done, provide some comps but not an actual figure for value of the property.

I was referred to them by a note investor when I asked where to buy notes and wanted to check into them, check into anyone's experience with them.     It's been very difficult for me to find notes of any kind to buy.    

 asking if anyone has heard of/ dealt with/ still reeling from being involved with Xchange.loans.   

correction - for most states except New York, New Jersey, Maryland, Rhode Island.  thx.

hello.  Any recommendations on the Type of bank account to use when starting out for the first deals.  Thought I'd open another personal bank account and then consider other types after my first deals.    

hello. reviewing a tape it listed notes as 1st posit, 2nd posit, but for a CFD it indicated no lien position. Asking the reason for this.

 You mentioned difficulty servicing the loan however I thought if the FC goes thru, I own the property, then I can possibly sell it or rent it ? or am I missing something ?   or do you mean in the case of no FC the trickier part is most servicers don't have the software, etc...   Scott
