I am a realtor with a client considering a home that is in mid-construction. The home has been framed with electrical and plumbing in place but the current owner has since lost financing and cannot complete the renovation. My client, the potential buyer would like an estimate to finish the home and complete the construction. This is a major renovation that would include interior and exterior projects. My client is an investor who is looking to build a relationship with an excellent contractor for this as well as future projects. This could be the beginning of a great business relationship!
