Hi there BP folks,

I am new to REI, though i have owned multi-family units in the past.

My story. I have the funds to finance purchases via FHA loans. The financing is pretty much in place.

Right now i truly need help getting started. I have been trying to establish real estate agents with REI knowledge especially working with investors interested in rehabs. I am working with both a loan guy and a tax guy to sort out our LLC.

We plan on establishing an LLC next week and setting up the business.

There just seems to be so many bases to cover prior to even making our first purchase.

Is there anyone out there that can suggest the best path to getting started. Again i have the funds, but really do not know what to look for in a first deal and dont want to get too ahead of myself as i know i want to have multi properties in the works down the line.

Any and all suggestions as to where to go from here would be greatly appreciated.

Scott
